Pickler was born Kellie dawn Pickler June 28, 1986. The young woman had a troubled childhood. At the age of two, her mother ran away in order to escape an abusive relationship. She came back into Pickler's life in 1995 and became the mother of her. But things did not turn out the way she had hoped. At the age of 12, the judge returned Pickler to her grandparents - who raised her to adulthood. Since she was not with the parents of her, Pickler became too busy caring for her children. She confessed that, in absence of her parents, Pickler's schedule was so busy that she could not go to school.
