Melina Kanakaredes plays an American actress best popular for her portrayal of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS police procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as the role of Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama The Resident. She also received acclaim for her breakthrough television debut role as Eleni Andros Cooper on the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. Her most notable film credits are 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. According to reports, she is working with Vlas and Charley Paralapanides who composed Immortals for an adaptation of Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life.
